Refund policy

At Pokémon TCG Egypt, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once an order has been confirmed and delivered. All sales are final.

Damages or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at pokemontcgegypt@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • You will be asked to provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • If approved, we will arrange either a replacement or store credit (at our discretion).

Non-Returnable Products

Because of the nature of our products (collectibles, trading cards, sealed items), we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or unsealed products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Any order where the packaging has been tampered with

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you received the wrong item due to an error on our part, we will replace it with the correct item at no extra cost.

International Orders

If you are purchasing from outside Egypt, please note that this policy still applies. Returns and refunds are not available.
